ICE-FISHING TREK TO THE WILDERNESS

Come to get a fish from a frozen lake in the wilderness!
Enjoy the sense of adventure and peace of nature in a small group (max. 4 pers.), guided by a certified wilderness guide. You will also get to experience trekking skis, which we´ll use to get to the wilderness lake.
After I pick you up from your accomodation, we´ll drive to a remote area, half an hour away from Rovaniemi, far from towns and marked trails; there we´ll put the skis on and go through the base techniques of trekking-skis; then we´ll start to ski through snowy forests, and frozen swamps to our lake.
Once there we´ll drill a hole in the ice, put the worms on the hooks and start to fish. If we´re lucky, we might get some fishes, which we´ll go to grill in our private kota, typical lappish tent; if we´re not lucky with the fishing, we´ll still grill a snack on the fire, seat on reindeer skins and relax in front of the fire.
